Our Cancellation Policy

Your booking confirmation will include the hotel's cancellation policy.

The cancellation notice is 48 hours before arrival i.e. You have to inform us of any cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made after this time, we may charge your credit card for the first night's accommodation.

What if I do not turn up at the hotel without cancelling?
In this case a non-arrival fee will be charged against your credit card, normally equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation.

What does the term "cancellation policy" mean?
This refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which you are entitled to cancel your booking without incurring a charge. In other words the hotel has a cancellation policy of 48 hours prior to arrival. If and cancel prior to this time, then you will not incur a charge. However, if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to arrival, then a charge will be incurred. This charge will normally be equal to the first night's accommodation.

Maintaining Your Privacy

We realise some people are unsure about entering their personal details into web sites over the internet. Protecting your privacy and handling your information in an ethical and responsible way is of the utmost importance to us. Below we will try to explain our information and privacy policies.

We will never give out any of your personal details to third parties, unless we are legally required to do so. Likewise we will never contact you with unsolicited information.

How do you use my information?
For us to process your reservation, we require a certain amount of personal information from you. This includes your name, nationality, your phone number and e-mail address. We also require your credit or debit card details to guarantee your reservation.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We only use your e-mail address for sending you a confirmation of your bookings or to contact you for any reason directly linked to your reservation. We will never pass your information to a third party or contact you with unsolicited e-mails.

We will only use your phone number in the event that we need to urgently contact you if there is a problem with your booking.

Who will see my information?
The only person with access to your information, are the staff in the reception area of the hotel.

Security
All reservations on our website are made using a secure server connection.

When connected to a secure server, information exchanged on-line such as your name, address or credit card details cannot be intercepted by someone else. You are ensured that this information is only shared with the server appearing in your address bar.

You will know you are connected to a secure server if a yellow padlock icon appears in the bottom right of your browser (Internet Explorer users) or a padlock appears in the now yellow shaded address bar (Firefox and Opera users.)
